De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) in ordinary shares of 44 152/175p in the capital of the Company.
De La Rue Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme")
On 3 January 2017, a grant of options was made under the Sharesave Scheme at an option price of 441.06p to the Director and PDMR detailed below:
