Impellam has been notified Andrew Wilson, a non-executive director of the Company, today acquired 6,604 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 69 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Andrew Wilson is interested in 29,604 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.066 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
