GCP Student Living plc (the “Company”) was informed on 6 July 2015 that Mr Malcolm Naish, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 11,250 Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (“C Shares”) of the Company at a price of 100 pence per share in the Company’s recent C Share issue.

Following this transaction, Mr Naish is interested in a total of 22,500 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.020% of the Ordinary Shares in issue) and 11,250 C Shares (representing 0.009% of the C Shares in issue).
