Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of a change to the shareholding of the following person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):
On 15 July 2009, Joy Frommer, a PDMR, received 16,623 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") following the exercise of an award granted under the Burberry Group plc Co-Investment Plan. Ms Frommer subsequently sold 6,673 shares at 419.25p per share in order to satisfy the tax liabilities arising upon exercise.
Following these transactions Joy Frommer holds 141,572 Shares and awards over 589,840 Shares.
