On 19 June 2020, Mr Gert Hattingh, Group Chief Corporate Services Officer of Mediclinic International plc, sold a total of 25 904 shares in the Company to cover personal tax liabilities. Mr Hattingh continues to hold 100 000 shares in the Company.
