Director / PDMR dealing

On 12 June 2014, the board of CareTech was informed that, on the same day, Autovibe Limited ("Autovibe") sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at a price of 260.2 pence per share. Autovibe is wholly owned by Wendy Wallace, the wife of the Company's Strategic Director, Stewart Wallace.

Following this transaction, Autovibe holds a beneficial interest in 32,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Wallace's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is unchanged at 473,374 Ordinary Shares. Mr Wallace and his connected parties now hold, in aggregate, 506,124 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
