Serco Group plc (the "Company") advises that, on 6 April 2010, the individuals below, each a person discharging managerial responsibility, were granted options to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company shown below opposite their names, through participation in the Serco Group plc Performance Share Plan:
