Purchase of Shares
Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 24 November 2023, Graham Ritchie, a Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 531 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") in the market at a price of £4.78 per Share. This transaction was as a result of an automatic reinvestment of dividends.
Following the above purchases, the total beneficial holding of Shares of the relevant PDMR is set out below:
