Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, has been notified of the following dealings in Abcam's shares by certain Directors of the Company as follows:
· Murray Hennessy, Chairman, purchased 5,922 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £8.470863 per share on Monday 20 March 2017.
· Alan Hirzel, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 6,000 Shares at a price of £8.395 per share on Friday 17 March 2017.
· Gavin Wood, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 5,815 Shares at a price of £8.4263 per share on Friday 17 March 2017.
· Mara Aspinall, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,370 Shares at a price of £8.488462 per share on Monday 20 March 2017.
