Change in Directors' Shareholdings

Prime People plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified

that, on 12th February 2014,

1) Mrs Caroline Moore made an inter-spousal transfer of 900,000 shares to Peter Moore, an executive director of the Company. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr Moore's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,897,500 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 24.42% of the Company's current issued share capital.

2) Mrs Judith Heayberd made an interspousal transfer of 62,500 shares to Chris Heayberd, an executive director of the Company.
