Card Factory has been notified that on 4 May 2022, the Rob McWilliam, independent non-executive director of Card Factory, purchased, in aggregate, 32,221 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 61.449 pence per share.
The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Rob McWilliam's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 32,578 Ordinary Shares, 0.001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
