Director Shareholdings
1 July 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that:
On 30 June 2011, Sir Alan Rudge, a director of the Company, acquired 1,777 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 785.5 pence per share.
On 30 June 2011, Judith Sprieser, a director of the Company, acquired 812 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 793.48 pence per share.
The notifications to the Company, on 30 June 2011, were made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
