Director's Interest in the Shares of the Company
GB hereby gives notice that David Wilson, Group Finance Director, was today awarded an option over 50,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company. The exercise price of the option is 19.75 pence per share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme) between 17 December 2012 and 16 December 2019.
Following this notification, Mr Wilson held options over 250,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the Company.
