Notification of Transaction by Directors/PDMRs
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR's) and persons closely associated with them.
On 13 April 2018 the Company was notified of changes to the interests of the Company's directors named below ( " Directors " ) in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ( " Ordinary shares " ) as a result of their participation in the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). Under the terms of the SIP, the Directors acquired the share interests listed below following the reinvestment of the Company's 2017 final dividend payment to purchase Ordinary Shares at a price of 39.175p on 12 April in London.
