The Company has been informed that James Dickson, CEO, has purchased a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (50,000 on 25 June 2010 and 50,000 on 30 June 2010) at a price of 113p per share. Following these transactions James Dickson has an interest in 3,811,618 Ordinary Shares representing 13.6 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
