To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 26 April 2011 that following the purchase on 21 April 2011 of 110,383 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 39.98 pence per share and the purchase on 26 April 2011 of 92,289 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 40 pence per share Keith Heller (Non-executive Director) now has an interest in 354,872 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.12% of the total shares in issue.
