To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 27 April 2011 that following the purchase on 27 April 2011 of 170,128 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 40 pence per share Keith Heller (Non-executive Director) now has an interest in 525,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.175% of the total shares in issue.
