7 February 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 5 February 2011, it received notification that Don Robert, a director of the Company, had entered into a security arrangement in respect of 429,596 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company, effective 7 February 2011.

The notification to the Company was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
