Notification of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 8 April 2015 of the following transactions which took place in London and are in respect of Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81pence (Shares).
Release of Shares
On 7 April 2015, Shares were released to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) following the vesting of awards under the Centrica Deferred and Matching Share Scheme (DMSS) and the Centrica Long Term Incentive Scheme (LTIS). The awards were granted in 2012.
