Director/PDMR – shareholding
SJP announces the following changes in the holding of SJP ordinary shares held by the Director named below.
On 4 August 2015, David Bellamy, Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company that on 4 August 2015 he exercised an option to acquire 3,040 ordinary 15p shares in SJP under the SJP Share Save Scheme with an option price of £2.96 per ordinary share and as a result, acquired on exercise 3,040 ordinary SJP shares.
Following the above transaction, Mr Bellamy holds 1,263,080 SJP ordinary shares.
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
