LIGHTHOUSE GROUP PLC ("Lighthouse" or "the Company") Directors/PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that a Trust of which David Hickey, Chairman ofLighthouse is a beneficiary, has today acquired 135,000 ordinary shares in theCompany at 18.25p.
