The Company was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, Chief Executive Officer, that on 11 January 2018 he purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase Nicholas Thompson holds 16,652,411 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 10.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
