Sphere Medical Holding plc (AIM: SPHR.L), a leading developer of innovative monitoring and diagnostic products for the critical care setting, announces that 22,403,016 New Ordinary Shares issued in connection with the Placing, Subscription and Open Offer have today been admitted to trading on AIM. Following Admission, the Company now has 59,208,660 Ordinary Shares in issue.
