Huntsworth plc, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, has been informed that on 31 December 2009 Eugene Beard, Independent Non-Executive Director, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 64 pence per share. This takes Mr Beard's holdings in Huntsworth to 0.3% of the issued class.
