NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 22 June 2010 the following transactions were made by Allister G Langlands, a Director of the Company, and his wife:
* Allister G Langlands sold 700,000 ordinary shares, being 0.132% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of £3.2299 per share such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange. * Helen Langlands acquired 725,000 ordinary shares, being 0.137% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a purchase price of £3.2297 per share, such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange.
Mrs Langlands is a connected person of Allister G Langlands for the purposes of DTR 3.1.2R.
Following these transactions, the beneficial interest of Mr Langlands in the Company is 500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.0943% of the issued share capital of the Company
Mr Langlands also holds 40,000 share options.
Following these transactions, the beneficial interest of Mrs Langlands in the Company is 1,479,845 ordinary shares representing 0.279% of the issued share capital of the Company
