The following announcement and notification is made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No 596/2014).
On 12 May 2017, in respect of the Group's interim dividend paid on 21 April 2017, the Group received notification that Adrian Ewer (person discharging managerial responsibility, Non-Executive Director), acquired one ordinary share of 10 pence in The Go-Ahead Group plc as a result of the reinvestment of dividend income.
