Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 6 March 2009, that Leslie Warneford, an employee who discharges managerial responsibility, received ordinary shares of 56/57th pence each in respect of the Company's Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRIP). This follows the Interim Dividend paid to shareholders on 4 March 2009.
