The Company has been notified today that on 11 May 2017 Ms Julia Allen, a connected person to Chris Allen, purchased 72 ordinary shares of 5p each using cash dividend funds paid by Meggitt PLC on 5 May 2017 - this is a scheme operated on shares held in an ISA account with Hargreaves Lansdown. The purchase price was 480.50 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction, Chris Allen's holding in the Company has increased to 198,015 ordinary shares of 5p each, 0.03% of issued share capital.
