Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
The Administrators of the GlaxoSmithKline Executive Supplemental Savings Plan notified the Company and the under-mentioned person on 10 October 2008 of changes to his interests in Ordinary share ADRs arising from an increase in his interests under the Annual Investment Plan feature following the re-investment of the dividend paid to shareholders on 9 October 2008 at a price of $35.41 per ADR:-
