Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("the Company")
Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs
Mr P C T Warner, Chairman of the Company, purchased 616 Ordinary shares, and Mr M J Stevens, a Director of the Company, purchased 618 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 40.5p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Mr P C T Warner purchased 308 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 308 shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr M J Stevens purchased 309 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 309 shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase. The shares purchased represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Mr R Game, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 618 Ordinary shares, and Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, V B Vaghela and S Wigzell, PDMRs of the Company, each purchased 616 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 40.5p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Mr R Game purchased 309 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 309 shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, V B Vaghela and S Wigzell purchased 308 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 308 shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP.
