Castleton Technology plc (AIM: CTP), the software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, was notified today that David Payne, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 17,700 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 82.989 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Payne is beneficially interested in 68,013 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
