St Ives plc - Transaction in shares by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 3.1.4(1), St Ives plc ("the Company") announces that options to subscribe for 10 pence ordinary shares each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares'), granted to eligible employees on 18 April 2012 under the St Ives plc Sharesave Plan matured with effect from 1 June 2015 and that the following Director of the Company has exercised his options as follows:
