Director shareholding
The Board of Totally, the AIM quoted provider of innovative digital healthcare solutions, has been informed that Donald Baladasan, Finance Director of Totally, today acquired 1,778,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.562345 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares will be held in his ISA. Following this purchase, Mr Baladasan now has a beneficial interest in 6,778,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.13% of the Company's total issued share capital.
