Director's Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Ralph Kugler, the recently appointed Chairman of the Company, acquired 384,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 13 pence per share earlier today.
As a result Mr Kugler's beneficial holding in the Company is 384,000 ordinary shares representing 0.46 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
