Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 30 March 2009, the conditional share awards made to executive directors in March 2006 under the Tullow Oil 2005 Performance Share Plan ('PSP') vested in full following the Company's exceptional TSR performance over the three year performance period. Details of these awards and related share sales are set out in the table below. Aidan Heavey (Chief Executive Officer) has retained all the shares that vested. The shares sold on 30 March 2009 by Graham Martin (General Counsel) and by Paul McDade (Chief Operating Officer) included sales to meet tax liabilities on vesting.
