Lookers plc (the Company) announces, that the following Directors of the Company have been allotted new Lookers ordinary 5 pence shares, as fully paid up shares in their own names or the names of connected persons in lieu of the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2007 under the terms of the scrip dividend offer made by the Company to shareholders who appeared on the Register of Members as at 11 April 2008.
