NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 17 March 2010, the following transactions were made by Leslie J Thomas a Director of the Company:
* exercised 50,000 share options, being 0.0094% of the issued share capital of the Company, at 3.333 pence per share, such options having been granted on 18 April 2005 under the John Wood Group PLC (No 1) 2003 Long Term Retention Plan; * sold 50,000 shares subsequent to the above noted exercise of share options, being 0.0094% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a sale price of £3.827772 per share, such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange;
Following these transactions, Mr Thomas has a beneficial interest in 586,649 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 240,000 share options.
The Company's issued capital consists of 530,266,720 ordinary shares with voting rights.
