Premier Foods plc10 October 2007 NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR) In common with all eligible employees, executive directors and members of theCompany's Operations Board were invited on 11 September 2007 to participate inthe Premier Foods plc 2007 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buyordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (Shares) at a price 196p in 3 yearstime. The following options were granted on 9 October 2007: Paul Thomas, a director of the Company, was granted an option over 2,938 Shares. Tim Kelly, a member of the Operations Board, was granted an option over 3,918Shares. Miles Warnick, a member of the Operations Board, was granted an option over4,897 Shares.
