VinaLand LimitedDirector ShareholdingVinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 27 November 2012, Mr. Nicholas Brooke, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 93,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD$0.43 per ordinary share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Brooke has a direct interest of 243,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.05 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
