Synergy Healthcare PLC03 April 2008 3 April 2008 Synergy Healthcare plc ("Synergy" or the "Company") Director Shareholding Synergy Healthcare has been notified that on 2 April 2008 Dr Richard Steeves,Chief Executive, sold 35,608 ordinary shares at 620.5 pence per share andcorrespondingly repurchased 35,608 ordinary shares from his SIPP at a price of620.65 pence per share. As a result of these transactions there has been no change to Dr Steeves'beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Synergy. Dr Steeves' and hisconnected parties' current beneficial holding is 2,040,152 ordinary shares ofSynergy.
