Fabian Romania Limited22 November 2007 22 November 2007 Fabian Romania Limited (FAB.LN) Director/PDMR Dealings Fabian Romania Limited ("Fabian Romania" or the "Fund") was notified on 21November 2007 that Graham Atkinson (Director of Finance of Fabian CapitalLimited, investment manager to the Fund), sold 27,407 of the Fund's ordinaryshares on 21 November 2007 at a price of €1.28 per share. After thistransaction, Graham Atkinson holds no further of the Fund's ordinary shares.
