Director's Shareholdings
2 July 2009 - Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), today announces that Ewan Phillips, finance director informed the Company on 30 June 2009 that he has agreed to purchase 24,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a price of 12.5p each. The transaction relates to shares subject to the exercise of options by employees and will be completed after the shares have been admitted to trading on AIM on or after 6 July 2009.
Following this purchase Ewan Phillips will own a total of 1,001,157 shares in the Company representing 0.98% of the issued share capital after the exercise of options announced yesterday.
