Bodycote plc (the "Company) 6 December 2012Exercise of Options
On 5 December 2012, the Company was notified that on 5 December 2012 the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (`PDMR'), had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2009 Bodycote Investment Plan at an exercise price of £4.12 per share. This is a partial exercise of the award under the 2009 Bodycote Investment Plan.
