On 14 August 2014, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Simon Miller, a Director, has today acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 287.448 pence each

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 60,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
