Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") received notification on 30 October 2015 from Douglas Emslie that on 30 October 2015 he exercised the following vested award over ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under the rules of the Plan and retained the net gain after tax in Shares of the Company.
