NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") named below undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of McKay ("McKay Shares").
On 5 May 2022, following the sanction by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales (the "Court") on 4 May 2022 of the proposed scheme of arrangement to be made between McKay and its shareholders under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Scheme") to implement the recommended cash and share offer by Workspace Group PLC for the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of McKay (the "Acquisition"), the following PDMRs acquired McKay Shares for nil consideration, comprising the original award McKay Shares and additional dividend equivalent McKay Shares:
