Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), the Company was notified on 12 May 2016 that the SIP Trustee on behalf of the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities purchased the number of ordinary shares set out in the table below, at a price of £2.77 pence per share, through the AA's Employee Share Incentive Plan ("ESIP") and was allocated the number of matching shares set out below. These shares are held by the trustee for the ESIP.
