The Company announces that the following share purchase was made by a Director of Bowleven plc:-

Peter G Wilson, Director and General Counsel of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 November at a price of 42.9 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Peter Wilson's total shareholding in the Company is 430,000 shares, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date.
