AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday, 23 September 2014, Mr Dave Wheeldon, PDMR of the Company and his wife Mrs Gaynor Wheeldon, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of £15.83 per share.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon beneficially owns 74,647 ordinary shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital and holds options over 42,968 shares.
