Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PMDR") or Connected Persons
This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 14th September 2009, the Company received notification that Mr Nick Marson, a PMDR, sold a total of 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 281.5p per share.
Mr Marson's resultant share holding has reduced by 0.01% of issued share capital as a result of this transaction and is currently 707,676 ordinary shares representing 0.15% of issued share capital.
Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PMDR transaction. The transaction took place in Bristol on 14th September 2009.
